Project Requirement
Deloitte LLP occupies the second-floor right-hand wing of the Cheltenham site, consisting of 10 cellular offices, including a mixture of meeting rooms and general staff offices.
The base building is heated via a central boiler plant and radiators throughout. However, Deloitte LLP required an independent system to provide comfort cooling and primary heating specifically for their leased office accommodation.
